The Madison County Planning Board will conduct a public hearing on Monday, January 30, 2017 at 6:15 pm in the Public Meeting Room of the Madison County Administrative Office Building, 103 W Wallace, Virginia City, Montana.

The purpose of the public hearing is to receive comment on the proposed subdivision of Lot 408 A Yellowstone Mountain Club Subdivision Phase 3A into two, single family parcels of 2.07 and 4.1 acres. The project is located at the north end of Big Dipper Way in the SW ¼, Section 36, Township 6S, Range 2E, PMM.

The purpose of the public hearing is to receive comment on revised Madison County Floodplain Hazard Management Regulations, including the Big Hold River Flood Hazard Area adopted by Montana Department of NRC.
